Paranormal is defined as beyond the range of normal experience or scientific explanation. Your experience could be doors that won't stay closed, knocking noises, apparitions, lights blinking, the feel of someone touching you, pictures that keep leaping off the wall or the sound of someone talking.

I usually start with a walk through where I listen, communicate and pass what they are saying on to you. The person who is experiencing the paranormal activity needs to be there during the walk through.  They will usually tell me what I need to know if I just listen.

No, I do not use electronic devices.  People who do are looking for scientific evidence of the paranormal which is a worth while endeavor but not what I do.  They can tell you if the place is what we call haunted but then you knew that before you called.
